We are currently hiring professional and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our growing remote support team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer support in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing requests, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, telemarketing, or online support is an added advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, and computer applications will be beneficial. Applicants must be reliable, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
